SPRING THOMAS AS WELL AS THE ATTORNEYS FOR THE MANAGEMENT TEAM OF SPRINGTHOMAS.COM: Both parties regretfully announce that effective immediately, Ms. Thomas has resigned from her contract with SpringThomas.com. A renegotiation is doubtful. Attorneys for Ms. Thomas state that, on 4 December 2005, her privacy was compromised as two cameras - a small surveillance camera, as well as a higher grade camcorder - recorded her engaging in sexual activites with an unnamed African-American male less than an hour before a scheduled scene for SpringThomas.com. In addition, her attorneys contend that the model release she signed - before entering the shower - only covers the time she steps on set until the conclusion of the scene; the shower was not an official set. Attorneys for Management state that any sexual encounter recorded on the same date as a signed model release is valid for publication on SpringThomas.com - whether or not Ms. Thomas was aware the sexual act in question was, in fact, being recorded. Both parties are uncertain as to her return, but both sides are hoping for an amiable resolution. The management for SpringThomas.com guarantees never-before-seen scenes through 15 January, 2006; they will also make an announcement on SpringThomas.com by that date of her return - or her permanent departure.
